  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed.


2. Shipping Duration

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and courier service availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected orders as mentioned during checkout.

  • For other orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply based on location and order value.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or SMS

  • A courier link to monitor your shipment status in real-time

If you face any issues while tracking your order, please contact our support team for assistance.


5. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.

  • Delivery will be attempted up to 2 times by the courier. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. International Shipping

Currently, Yuva Green ships only within India.
We are working to expand our shipping network internationally soon.


7. Delays and Unexpected Issues

While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier delays or public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.


8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the package and items received.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yuvagreen.com.

  3. Our team will review and assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.


9. Address Modification

Once an order has been placed, shipping details cannot be modified.
If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
