Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make your experience simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product you received is different from what you ordered.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or labels.
Custom or personalized orders.
Used or washed products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at support@yuvagreen.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Include the following details:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return/exchange
Photo or video of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions for return pickup or courier.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your request.
4. Exchange Policy
If the requested item for exchange is available in stock, we will process the exchange within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.
If the item is unavailable, you can choose to:
Receive a replacement product of similar value, or
Get a store credit for your next purchase.
5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved and you prefer a refund:
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details for a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery as per our policy.
